Married to my wife for 27 years. We have two daughters who both
started out in preschool in D204 and continue to make us very proud every day. Our oldest daughter graduated in 2016
from D204 and has now since graduate from college. Our youngest daughter graduated in 2022 and is currently a freshman
in college. We have lived in Indian Prairie School District since 1997. I was raised by my mother who struggled staying off public assistance while I was growing up and she always stressed
the importance of education. I put myself through college 100% by working 2 jobs and was the first in my family to graduate
from college. After marrying my wife and expecting our first child we looked for a place to build a house and call
home with wonderful neighbors, schools and a special needs programs (knowing we would have a child that required special needs).
We chose Indian Prairie School District and it was the best decision we've made as a family.
Living in Indian Prairie School District has been a blessing for the past 26 years. D204
has enriched my children's lives so much and for that I will always be grateful and strive to give back to our school district
and community. D204 has allowed us to make lifelong friends all across the district through various school, religious,
and neighborhood events. D204 has also helped me become a better father through my involvement by meeting and talking with amazing
parents, teachers, and staff members that make up this school district. D204 is a school district and community I am
proud of and I plan on calling it home for many years to come.
For these reason and many more I want to continue to serve as your school board member. It is the least I can
do for everything this community and D204 has done for myself and my family!
